Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator supports the Marketing Director in the execution of Landmark’s marketing strategy across digital, social, and theatre‑level promotions. This role will manage day‑to‑day social content, web updates, reporting, and operational support while helping drive conversion, ticket sales, and guest engagement. This position includes onsite work at various Landmark theatres to capture content, support events, and deliver field marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Digital Content, Social Media & Conversion‑Focused Marketing

Execute and manage Landmark’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, LinkedIn).

Create and schedule engaging content — including graphics, short‑form videos, and community posts — with a clear focus on driving conversion and ticket sales.

Build and update film pages, web banners, promotions, and marketing landing pages.

Review and refine all digital and promotional assets to ensure brand consistency and alignment with Landmark’s visual guidelines.

Stay current on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and digital best practices.

On‑Site Field Marketing, Retail Experience & Content Capture

Regularly visit Landmark theatres to capture video, photography, and event coverage for social and marketing assets.

Support on‑site promotions, special events, grassroots initiatives, and theatre level marketing needs.

Apply field promotion and activation experience to help build impactful community outreach efforts.

Assist individual theatre locations with asset requests, promotional materials, and event support.

Analytics, Data Tracking & Reporting

Track performance of digital campaigns, social channels, email marketing, and paid promos.

Develop recurring reports that detail KPIs such as engagement, conversions, ticket sales impact, audience growth, and content performance.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends to optimize strategy.

Compile weekly and monthly reports to monitor engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness.

Maintain organized dashboards and data systems for ongoing analysis.

Ensure all‑digital, marketing, and consumer‑facing content adheres to CCPA, ADA, and privacy compliance requirements.

Maintain accessibility and compliance standards across digital platforms and promotions.

Team & Administrative Support

Work closely with the Marketing Director to support campaign planning, scheduling, and execution.

Assist with vendor communication, marketing calendar updates, and project coordination.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in marketing, digital media, social media, or related field (entertainment, retail, field promotion experiences preferred.)

Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).

Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Basic web management experience (CMS platforms, WordPress, Boxoffice Pro, or similar).

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

A collaborative mindset and passion for film, entertainment, and creative storytelling.

This is located at our Corporate Office in West Hollywood.

Salary Range: $50,000 USD – $70,000 USD
