Job Summary As a Sapphire Integrated Marketing Vice President in the Sapphire Marketing team, you will develop and execute strategies that engage and retain cardmembers. You will collaborate with creative agencies and cross‑functional partners to deliver impactful campaigns. You will analyze performance, optimize channels, and present results to senior leaders. Job Responsibilities

Lead the planning, launch, and management of integrated marketing campaigns for Sapphire cardmembers

Guide agencies in developing creative assets and messaging

Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Finance, and Legal teams to build business cases

Design and maintain channel roadmaps for growth and efficiency

Establish and drive a test‑and‑learn agenda to refine marketing tactics

Monitor campaign results and analyze key metrics

Translate insights into actionable recommendations for improvement

Manage multiple projects and prioritize resources to meet deadlines

Present strategies, business cases, and updates to senior leadership

Partner with teams to create summaries and recommendations for new engagement tactics

Ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 years in marketing, brand management, or relationship management

Proven ability to build relationships in a matrixed organization

Proactive and results‑driven approach

Ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously

Strong team player with a collaborative mindset

Exceptional communication skills

Skilled at interpreting data and making strategic recommendations

Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities

Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Advanced analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in financial services or credit card marketing

Background in agency management or creative leadership

Familiarity with customer engagement strategies

Experience presenting to senior leadership

Knowledge of digital and traditional marketing channels

Project management certification

Experience with test‑and‑learn methodologies
