Link Logistics Real Estate is seeking a Vice President, Technical Product Manager to connect technology with the digital team’s needs related to digital marketing and analytics tools. This role focuses on supporting digital marketing platforms, analytics and tracking tools while collaborating with multiple teams to centralize data for reporting. The position will empower the digital team to aggregate, analyze, and leverage data to generate actionable insights.

Reporting to the SVP, Technology, the ideal candidate will have deep expertise in product management, digital analytics and website management, SEO/GEO/SCO/SEM best practices, a technical business analyst background, experience working with data architecture and engineering teams, and strong communication skills to align technical solutions with business goals. The candidate will lead a team of direct reports comprising a Product Manager, development team, and vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing technology strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives and growth plans.

Lead cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of innovative technology solutions to support digital marketing and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Serve as a thought leader in digital marketing technology, staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Link Logistics at the forefront of the market.

Lead the Product Management and development of custom external facing digital products including real estate availability web sites.

Product Management/Application Support

Serve as the technical application manager to support digital applications including LinkLogistics.com, LinkParks.com, GA4, GTM, Big Query, Call Rail, ZoomInfo, Lead Forensics, Stack Adapt and Sprout Social.

Engage with business partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to implement a demand management process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver on projects, enhancement requests and issues.

Apply technical fluency with web technologies: understand web application architecture, front-end/back-end systems, APIs, A/B testing tools, and content management systems; focus on performance optimization including page load speeds, caching strategies, CDNs, and monitoring tools.

Coordinate development processes: familiarity with agile methodologies, version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines; write technical requirements and collaborate with engineering on deployment, scalability, and security considerations.

Apply technical SEO/GEO/SEM: implement business recommendations within Link’s property listing products and public websites to enhance visibility and discoverability.

Implement and optimize GA4 tags, pixels, and other tracking tools, focusing on attribution modeling and first/last-touch tracking.

Administer digital tools: GA4, BigQuery, Lead Forensics, Sprout Social, etc. with user management, security, and governance best practices.

Manage support process: troubleshoot issues, maintain knowledge articles, track metrics, and resolve technical problems.

Write test scripts, participate in QA, and run UAT to ensure changes are reliable and do not negatively impact systems or reports.

Create and maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, user journeys, source data tables, product briefings, root cause analysis, and future state plans.

Standardize tools: use Jira, Confluence, Lucid Chart, ServiceNow for task tracking and release management.

Data Ingestion and Analytics

Support end-to-end capture, transformation, ingestion, modeling, analysis, and reporting of digital data.

Write technical documentation and participate in solutioning workshops with Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams.

Advise Analytics Engineering on data sources and connections to support dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, and Looker Studio.

Collaborate with digital, analytics, and data teams to improve attribution models and reporting accuracy.

Evaluate and recommend technologies that enhance data gathering, transformation, aggregation, analysis, and visualization.

Improve transformation logic and data normalization as needed.

Enable insights into customer journey, engagement patterns and conversion metrics.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with business and technology teams to deliver solutions that meet objectives.

Translate business goals into scalable technical solutions.

Guide strategy alignment with partners’ tools, processes and operational needs.

Provide advisory services on technology that supports business goals.

Maintain knowledge on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies and competitor activities.

Apply market dynamics, UX insight, and emerging trends to inform product decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree.

Experience in a marketing or digital analytics environment.

Experience with website implementations and high-volume websites.

Experience with cloud data platforms including Snowflake, BigQuery and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Familiarity with CMS and Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations.

Familiarity with website platforms like WordPress and Optimizely.

Experience with APIs for extracting data from third-party platforms.

Working knowledge of digital marketing data from ad platforms, websites, email tools.

Familiarity with websites, data architecture, modeling and governance best practices.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and explain concepts clearly.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Experience with Atlassian tools for product management and documentation a plus.

Experience with project management tools like Wrike or similar a plus.

Minimum Requirements

10–15+ years of experience in a technical digital marketing and digital analytics environment.

Experience supporting websites.

Strong understanding of digital marketing data.

Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS; familiarity with DAX and DBT a plus.

Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as GA4, BigQuery, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Familiarity with databases such as Snowflake and Salesforce Data Cloud.

Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Looker Studio.

$235,000 - $250,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
