Job Description
We are seeking a highly hands‑on analytics professional to support global marketing measurement initiatives for a large-scale consumer technology platform having direct influence on marketing investment strategy.
This role will play a critical part in proving the causal impact of marketing efforts and guiding investment decisions across key international markets.
You will join a lean, high‑impact global team, working on complex experimentation and incrementality measurement for a flagship digital product used by millions of users worldwide.
Responsibilities
Design and execute causal inference and incrementality experiments (GEO experiments, matched markets, TBR, causal impact, etc.)
Lead end‑to‑end experimental design from hypothesis to evaluation and insight generation
Work hands‑on with large, global datasets to measure true marketing effectiveness
Translate complex analytical findings into clear business recommendations
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders across regions and seniority levels
Improve testing playbooks and ensure consistent measurement methodologies globally
Troubleshoot failed or noisy experiments and salvage insights using sound statistical judgment
This role is 70–80% deeply hands‑on analysis and experimentation. You will own your work with minimal supervision.
Experience
5–12+ years of hands‑on experimentation and modeling experience
Proven track record of running high volumes of experiments (not just platform A/B tests)
Strong causal inference & statistical foundations
Advanced experiment design (GEO, matched markets, incrementality studies)
Hands‑on coding experience (Python & SQL required)
Expertise working with
User‑level and regional‑level experimentation
Large‑scale behavioral datasets
Statistical modeling and inference packagesExperience designing experiments from first principles, not just using built‑in testing tools.
Exposure to marketing measurement & performance analytics
Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Tableau or similar)
Prior work in consumer tech, digital platforms, or app ecosystems
Familiarity with building or maintaining data pipelines.
