RbA was founded to redefine the industry and offer a different and better window replacement experience. Our products improve functionality and the aesthetic of the home along with being energy efficient.
You’ll be responsible for providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. We provide you with paid training, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and excellent supportive company culture. This role is ideal for sales professionals who have a passion and strong ability to connect with others, build genuine rapport and close sales. This position is fully uncapped 1099 commission sales. Our design consultants average between $1,500 - $5,000 per signed agreement. (The average annual income is between $150,000 - $200,000.)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage with customers to understand their home improvement needs and provide tailored design solutions with pre-scheduled appointments
Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers with layout design and renovation ideasMaintain knowledge of current trends in home improvement to drive high-end sales and enhance customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle
Pass Our Background Check
3+ years of Home Improvement Sales, Outside Sales or Sales Management
Empathetic listening and persuasive speaking
Experience with Apple products preferred
A proven track record in building rapport and closing sales
Flexible Schedule (Choose your schedule in advance)
Strong Written & Verbal Communication Skills
Able to provide our Signature Service, honest and genuine approach with every customer appointment
