Sample Fulfillment Specialist - Decorative Films
This role sits at the heart of Decorative Films’ customer experience. The Sample Fulfillment Specialist ensures that every sample shipped reflects the precision, quality, and reliability of our products. You support designers, distributors, and customers relying on fast turnaround times and beautifully prepared samples. If you enjoy hands‑on work, organization, and the satisfaction of keeping operations flowing smoothly, this role offers a meaningful impact every day.
Your Impact Your attention to detail ensures customers receive accurate, well‑prepared samples that support their decisions and deepen brand trust. You keep the sample library organized, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure sample orders get out the door quickly and professionally. Through clear communication and collaboration, you help maintain seamless workflows across departments and strengthen the overall customer experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prepare, cut, label, and maintain all sample inventory to meet the highest quality standards.
Keep the sample library fully stocked, organized, and ready to support customer demand.
Process and ship sample orders quickly and accurately, ensuring customers receive what they need without delay.
Interact with customers through HubSpot, email, and phone, providing helpful updates on sample order status, tracking information, and general product questions.
Work closely with Operations, Processing, Shipping, and Customer Service teams to support smooth, efficient workflows.
Coordinate with the Director of Operations when urgent requests arise and contribute to overall readiness and organization of the department.
