What You'll Do:

Own and execute marketing campaigns across all channels:

SEO/SEM, social, email, content, ads & more

Launch innovative strategies that

supercharge brand visibility

and generate leads

Partner with our creative, operations, and club teams to craft compelling content and experiences

Develop and manage

data-driven campaigns

that crush performance goals

Optimize landing pages, A/B test concepts, and keep a sharp eye on trends and insights

Visit clubs regularly to capture

authentic content

(photos, videos, testimonials)

Analyze results, report on metrics, and adapt strategies for continuous growth

Manage budgets smartly and

outmaneuver competitors

with creative flair

Elevate everything we do with your unique voice, vision, and marketing mastery

What You Bring:

2–5 years of digital marketing experience with

proven, measurable success

A

creative mindset

with the skills to engage and convert audiences

Expertise in

Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, CRM (HubSpot preferred) , and content creation

Proficiency in tools like

Adobe Creative Suite, HTML/CSS,

and Microsoft Office

Experience with

lead management, A/B testing, and email campaigns

Strong understanding of mobile and web platforms – you're

tech-savvy and data-hungry

Positive attitude, a

team-first mentality , and a relentless drive to win

Additional Requirements:

Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and stay active throughout the workday

Comfortable working on-site, visiting clubs, and interacting with staff and members

Professional demeanor and appearance – you're representing the Gold’s Gym
