Overview:
The Bulk Residential Marketing Manager is responsible for executing all marketing initiatives that support Summit Broadband’s Bulk Residential Sales program. This position serves as the operational bridge between marketing, sales, and operations — ensuring that every HOA, COA, and MDU opportunity is properly marketed, tracked, and transitioned through the sales cycle. The role focuses on field marketing, lead generation, event coordination, data management, and sales enablement for communities across Florida and new expansion markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Event Management & Representation
Manage all CAI events, trade shows, expos, and vendor fairs (approx. five per month) to promote Summit Broadband’s bulk services.
Handle end-to-end event logistics including booth coordination, collateral, and branded materials.
Coordinate pre-event communication and post-event follow-up processes to maximize lead capture and conversion.
Represent the company at HOA and property management events, and support sales staff with live presentations or customer interactions.
Pre-Marketing & Lead Generation
Research and obtain pre-show attendee lists, ensuring data accuracy and integration into the Salesforce CRM.
Create segmented contact lists for sales representatives to begin pre-contact outreach campaigns prior to events.
Develop, manage, and analyze email campaigns, direct mail, and pre-event invitations to drive booth traffic and appointment scheduling.
Track response rates and event ROI to measure the effectiveness of pre-marketing efforts.
Sales Transition & Operations Handoff
Serve as a liaison between the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions post-contract signing.
Manage all communications, handoff documentation, and kickoff coordination between departments during the implementation phase.
Ensure brand consistency and customer satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
Sales Enablement & Collateral Development
Create, update, and maintain sales enablement tools, including flyers, decks, case studies, and community proposals.
Coordinate with design and marketing vendors to produce professional, on‑brand materials for the sales team.
Train sales representatives on the use of marketing materials, CRM reporting, and follow‑up best practices.
Develop a library of testimonials, visuals, and local success stories to support community presentations.
Analytics & Reporting
Review and interpret lead performance data, sales metrics, and campaign results to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the Sales Operations Analyst to monitor KPIs and measure conversion ratios from events to proposals.
Track total units represented, signed contracts, and recurring revenue outcomes tied to each marketing initiative.
Provide weekly updates to leadership on campaign status, event calendar, and ROI performance.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Fiber Sales Engineer and Sales Operations Analyst to align marketing activity with network readiness and pricing.
Partner with finance and leadership to ensure campaign spend aligns with the marketing budget and bulk expansion priorities.
Participate in internal Zoom town halls, training sessions, and leadership meetings to represent the marketing function of the bulk division.

Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of marketing, event, or field program experience (bulk telecom, HOA, or real estate preferred)
Must have bulk experience for a minimum of 3 years as a full time speciality
Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation platforms
Exceptional organization, project management, and written communication skills
Data‑driven thinker capable of measuring and reporting marketing performance
Willingness to travel frequently to statewide events (up to 40%)
Strong interpersonal presence and public speaking ability.
Must be able to pass criminal, MVR, and drug testing
