As an Associate Manager, Global Media Connections & Capabilities, you will play a hands‑on role in developing and scaling the frameworks, playbooks, and tools that help PepsiCo markets deliver end‑to‑end connections and personalization @ scale across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels.
You’ll support our teams in bringing our capability strategy to life — from building toolkits and training materials to coordinating pilots, tracking adoption, and consolidating proof points that demonstrate the value of end‑to‑end connections and personalization globally.

LOCATION: New York, Plano, Chicago
Responsibilities Capability Development & Delivery
Support the creation and refinement of global playbooks, standards, and templates covering areas such as Audience Targeting, Creative Personalization, Discoverability, First-Party Data, and Consumer Engagement programs.
Translate complex strategies into practical, practitioner-friendly guidance and tools.
Help maintain a library of up‑to‑date frameworks and ensure they are accessible and actionable for markets.
Support evolving workstreams and priorities as directed by leadership in a dynamic and fast‑changing environment
Market Support & Enablement
Partner with the market engagement and cross‑functional teams to coordinate capability launches, training sessions, and office hours.
Support pilot projects by gathering inputs, coordinating logistics, documenting learnings, and capturing case studies.
Help track adoption of global frameworks and services, summarizing feedback and performance data for leadership.
Service Catalog & Operational Support
Assist in the development and rollout of centralized services
Coordinate with Strategy & Transformation (S&T), Global Capability Centers (GCC), and local teams to ensure smooth service deployment and clear communication of processes and benefits.
Insights, Tracking & Continuous Improvement
Collect and analyze market feedback, adoption metrics, and proof points to inform ongoing capability enhancement.
Maintain dashboards and reports that summarize progress against global capability KPIs.
Prepare materials for leadership reviews, forums, and community updates.
Innovation & Market Scanning
Stay up to date on emerging martech, media, and personalization trends (e.g., GenAI, dynamic content optimization, retail media).
Share insights and recommendations to inform capability evolution and future pilot opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000.
Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.
Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, media, CRM, consumer engagement, or marketing operations, ideally within a global or matrixed organization.
Strong analytical mindset; able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
Comfortable with measurement frameworks and tracking capability adoption or performance.
Experience managing pilot projects or proof-of-concepts.
Proven success collaborating across marketing, media, IT, and agency partners.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - capable of simplifying technical or strategic concepts into clear guidance.
Confident presenter and facilitator with strong stakeholder management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast‑paced environment.
Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills.
Experience working across distributed teams and time zones.
Effectively operates amid ambiguity, maintaining focus on outcomes and strategic priorities.
