Regional Director of Sales and Marketing - SC Residence Required
The Regional Director of Sales and Marketing will work closely with the Vice President of Sales and Marketing and the Home office team to ensure the highest level of Sales and Marketing support is provided, the financial wellbeing of each community is achieved, and business goals are met in accordance with state and government regulations as well as Oaks Senior Living, LLC policies and procedures. The primary focus is to elevate Oaks sales, marketing, and branding, and to provide hands‑on support, guidance and coaching to all communities, with an emphasis on building and maintaining the culture established by the CEO of Oaks Senior Living, LLC.
Primary Responsibilities
Review and approve all digital advertising campaigns & billing
Review and approve all social media posts & blogs from Digital Marketing Agency
HubSpot Management and Email Campaign oversight
Review website content and request updates from managing partner
Manage and update Google My Business & BING portals, content & respond to reviews
Manage community posted social media posts and respond to negative comments
Manage photography & video creation for each community
Marketing collateral design, updates and ordering
Assist CRDs and DOOs with print advertising campaigns
Review partnership results and new initiatives with Digital Marketing Agency
Approval of all advertising designs, promotional items and invoices from Design & Print Agency
Online chat & call center oversight
Competitive analysis for new market studies
Review each community’s competitive analysis to evaluate and determine price increases
Support DOOs with new CRD interviews
Schedule training for new CRDs and ensure training is complete
Development and execution of ongoing sales training
Attend community census growth calls & monthly/quarterly CRD calls
Assist with new community openings, Sales Trailer Set Up-signage, furnishing and décor, supplies, collateral
Produce and distribute Press releases for new projects & events
Coordinate Groundbreaking Ceremony for new projects
Manage organizational partnerships with referral agencies, monitor portal content, review lead quality, grow relationships, dispute move‑ins
Manage and update CRM
Integrate PCC leads into HubSpot – monthly
Manage Corporate Sponsorships
Review each community’s quarterly Marketing Plan
Other duties as assigned to the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
Reports to Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of management or leadership in sales and marketing of long‑term care
Must reside in South Carolina
Maintain knowledge of federal and state laws pertaining to assisted living
Strong leadership, organizational and customer service skills
Proven business acumen
Ability to interact and build relationships with older adults; desire to work with older adults
Must be 21 years of age, have a satisfactory criminal history and fingerprint check
Must have a physical exam by a licensed physician and a negative drug screen
Must be available and able to react in an emergency

Physical Job Requirements To fulfill job requirements, employee must be able to perform key physical tasks for extended periods of time. Proper body mechanics and safety measures as prescribed by Oaks Senior Living, LLC must be adhered to. In a typical eight‑hour day, employee may:
Sit up to eight hours a day
Support up to 70 pounds
Lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Frequently kneel, bend, and reach
Stand/walk up to eight hours a day
Frequently drive several hours a day
Frequently fly and travel when needed
