Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Job Description About Us:
NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is responsible for the licensing and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and streaming platforms in the U.S., Canada and in over 200 territories internationally. NBCUniversal's content portfolio includes a vast and diverse library of more than 6,500 feature films and 170,000 television episodes, including current and classic titles, non‑scripted programming, kids, sports, news, long‑form and short‑form programming from Universal Pictures, Focus Features, Universal Television, UCP, Universal International Studios, Sky Studios, Universal Television Alternative Studio, NBC Late Night properties, DreamWorks Animation, Telemundo, Universal Pictures Content Group, as well as locally produced content from around the world, and more. Global TV Distribution is a division of Comcast NBCUniversal.
Overview The Manager, Digital TV Sales Planning & Administration is responsible for licensing TV Series product across digital platforms worldwide. The primary responsibility will be to manage the Digital TV Sales Planning & Administration team driving process efficiency in a fast‑paced, evolving media landscape. This position reports to the Director, Digital TV Sales Planning & Administration.
Responsibilities
Manage all global TV EST (Electronic Sell‑Through) output deals, including scheduling and windowing.
Ensure timely and accurate input of digital licenses into internal databases such as SAFE (Centralized content rights and deal data system), enabling efficient billing and content delivery.
Coordinate with Operational teams, Account Managers, Distribution, and Sales to align product availability and market priorities. This includes preparing for and supporting the launch of TV EST in new international markets.
Send legally binding notices to clients, ensuring all contractual obligations and deadlines are met.
Research rights and confirm eligibility of product for inclusion into the deal.
Review field orders maintained by direct reports.
Create and tailor documents to track series product across multiple international markets.
Collaborate with accounting and billing systems staff as needed to ensure billing processes are understood and in place for accurate and timely updates for contractual and budget forecasting purposes.
Establish and maintain direct relationships with clients & assist them with queries/needs that arise.
Contribute to process automation projects by identifying and testing system enhancements.

Qualifications Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis, forecasting, and/or financial modelling
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to analyze and manipulate high volumes of data
Desired Characteristics
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Team player willing to be flexible and responsive to the business/department needs
Must work effectively under own initiative
Understanding of avails and product windowing
Proactive individual who contributes to the smooth running and efficiency of the department
Ability to read and interpret legal agreements/documents
Previous TV distribution experience a plus
Additional Requirements Hybrid:
This position has been designated as hybrid, which currently requires contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week. Beginning January 5, 2026, hybrid employees will be required to work from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time.
Benefits and Salary:
This position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $75,000–$100,000 (bonus eligible).
