We are looking for an experienced Marketing Producer to oversee the end‑to‑end workflow of omni‑channel marketing deliverables for myVIP—from intake through final delivery. This role is responsible for managing high‑volume projects in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment, leveraging agile sprint methodologies and tools to ensure efficient resource scheduling and seamless execution.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the full myVIP marketing project lifecycle from intake to delivery
Review and validate requests to ensure alignment with myVIP marketing strategies
Refine creative briefs, confirm all required assets, source assets as needed, and schedule work based on priorities, team availability, and skillsets
Track progress, monitor deadlines, and ensure on‑time completion of all deliverables
Maintain up‑to‑date documentation, status updates, and project details
Manage and resolve workflow conflicts, bottlenecks, and evolving business requirements
Coordinate feedback loops and approval processes with Art Directors and key stakeholders
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery
Plan and manage work in two‑week sprints using agile/scrum methodology
Lead sprint ceremonies, including sprint kick‑off, check‑ins, mid‑sprint reviews, and sprint close
Lead weekly check‑ins, sprint planning, and cross‑functional meetings
Conduct retrospectives and root cause analysis to drive continuous process improvement and optimize productivity
Identify production risks, flag bottlenecks, and continuously optimize workflows
Partner closely with the Creative Lead to ensure smooth handoffs, transfer of project details through briefs and kick‑offs, and thorough reviews
Facilitate kick‑off meetings with stakeholders, designers, and creative team members as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders and marketing leads in Las Vegas
Communicate project status, risks, and challenges clearly and proactively across teams
Review final deliverables against creative briefs to ensure accuracy, strategic alignment, and quality standards
Confirm all asset links are correct, active, and accessible
Ensure stakeholders receive deliverables in the required formats
Close out all project tickets and maintain clean, updated workflows
Conduct retros with teams as needed to strengthen delivery practices
Maintain organized systems across project tools
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience working in an advertising, marketing, or tech environment—in production or project management roles
Proven experience managing high‑volume projects across multiple channels and cross‑functional stakeholders
Scrum certification (SM, PO) or experience with Agile workflows
Familiarity with automation tools and process integration (e.g., N8N)
Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and boost productivity
Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, Workfront, Trello, or similar platforms
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey status, risks, and expectations across teams and stakeholders
Strong organizational and time‑management skills with keen attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and global teams, including navigating multiple time zones
Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to resolve workflow challenges and adapt to evolving business needs
