Position Summary TCL is seeking a Marketing Specialist, SEO & AI (AEO, GEO) to drive the discoverability and search performance of our products across digital platforms, retail.com partners, and emerging AI‑driven search environments. This role plays a critical part in how consumers find, understand, and ultimately choose TCL. You will optimize structured product data, metadata, product detail page (PDP) content, and keyword strategy while monitoring AI search trends, retailer algorithms, and intent patterns to ensure TCL products rank competitively.

Duties AI Search and Emerging Discovery

Build AI‑ready product summaries, structured data, and metadata optimized for model‑generated results.

Optimize content for Google SGE, Gemini, GPT‑style responses, and other AI‑enabled search surfaces.

Analyze search intent shifts, query patterns, and recommendation engine behavior.

Structured Content and PDP Optimization

Manage TCL's product attributes, schemas, specs, and metadata across all categories.

Ensure structured content is complete, accurate, and compliant with retail.com standards.

Conduct weekly PDP audits to identify ranking, visibility, or accuracy issues and resolve them quickly.

SEO Strategy and Execution

Identify high‑impact keywords and search intents to support category‑level growth.

Provide keyword insights and search recommendations to Product Marketing, Brand, Digital, Channel, and Design teams.

Strengthen organic search performance across Google, retail.com search algorithms, and emerging AI‑driven platforms.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Build dashboards and reports that connect visibility to traffic, conversion, and sell‑out performance.

Monitor updates in AI search behavior, Google algorithm changes, and retailer search ecosystems.

Recommend ongoing optimizations to maintain competitive visibility and ranking momentum.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, data analysis, business, or a related field.

Two to five years of experience in SEO, retail.com optimization, content architecture, or AI search optimization.

Hands‑on experience optimizing for Google Search, retail algorithms (Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart), or AI models (Gemini, GPT, Perplexity).

Experience managing structured product data, attributes, schemas, and metadata.

Experience writing product copy, SEO text, and metadata for PDPs and A+ content.

Familiarity with schema markup, taxonomy systems, and structured content workflows.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

Strong understanding of ranking algorithms, keyword intent, and AI‑driven search behavior.

Ability to translate PMM strategy into optimized metadata and search‑oriented content.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to analyze PDP performance, impressions, CTR, ranking, and conversion metrics.

Preferred Experience

Experience in consumer electronics, e‑commerce‑heavy categories, or multi‑SKU product environments.

Experience working with large product catalogs and complex attribute systems.

Understanding of AI search behavior, including SGE, Gemini, GPT retrieval, and RAG‑based search.

Familiarity with GenAI tools for copywriting, content generation, or metadata automation.
