Age Requirement: 21 years or older Position Summary: Responsible for safeguarding all departmental assets, supporting each function of the Marketing Department. Isleta Resort and Casino Guest Service Agreement All Team Members will display 100% commitment to World Class Guest Service through the delivery and maintenance of Guest Service Standards established by the Isleta Resort and Casino. Responsibilities

Prepares, logs, files, enters, and maintains department purchase requisitions, entertainment records, invoices and contracts. Coordinates and maintains professional communications with outside vendors. Greets internal and external guests, including entertainers and vendors; provides information, and answers telephones and routes to the appropriate department. Responsible for creating vendor accounts, creating and processing contracts, and filing artist assets accordingly Communicates with Audio/Visual technical staff to ensure production and technical specifications for events are met Assists with advancing entertainment shows including coordinating hospitality, transportation, hotel, security lists, security credentials, and meals. Ensures the departmental operations are in continued compliance with the Isleta Resort and Casino policies and procedures, State Compact, and Tribal Gaming Regulations. Provides solid project management skills to manage multi-faceted and complex direct-marketing and entertainment programs with both internal and external vendors and agencies. Works with IT department and all customers to resolve entertainment operations issues. Processes insertion orders, promotional orders, and reconciles entertainment invoices. Coordinates and schedules volunteers for all special events, concerts, promotions, and VIP Events. Enters and processes purchase requisitions for Entertainment. Assists in arranging transportation, lodging, artist, VIP, or sponsor ticket requests and catering for special events and entertainment. Greets guests, maintains a friendly and inviting atmosphere, and promotes positive guest relations externally and internally through prompt, courteous, and efficient service. Assist with Promotions, Graphics, Players club, & Entertainment needs. Assists the Marketing department managers and directors needed. Must be knowledgeable on all entertainment, promotions, and special events database offers and able to provide information to all Isleta Resort and Casino employees and guests. Assists and participates in marketing functions as required. Occasionally performs other duties as assigned. Accountability and Supervision

None Education and Experience

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent, required. Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certification

Must be able to acquire and maintain Gaming License issued through POIGRA. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and background investigation. This position may have a varied schedule, must be flexible with work schedule. Must be willing to work any days/hours as needed, or required to meet business needs. That may include nights, holidays, and weekends. Must maintain all Isleta Resort and Casino-wide educational and certification requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Must possess and exhibit a positive attitude towards internal and external guests at all times. Must be able to take direction and feedback in a positive manner. Must possess advanced computer skills and be able to operate Microsoft applications and Marketing software programs. Must be able to accurately and successfully perform several tasks and meet deadlines under high levels of stress and with minimal supervision. Must possess strong organizational and time management skills while paying close attention to details such as spelling, numbers, and grammar. Must be able to communicate, in writing and verbally, in English and in an effective, informative, and professional manner and be able to convey denials and/or defuse hostile guest situations with ease and tact. Must be able to perform basic mathematics. Must possess a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity and respect for individuals. Must possess the ability to make sound and accurate decisions. Must possess a strong commitment to the organizational goals and objectives while showing the utmost discretion and loyalty to the organization when dealing with confidential information and data. Must possess strong critical and analytical thinking skills. Physical Demands and Work Environment

Must be able to sit, stand, and/or walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, move, and place 25 pounds. Working Conditions

Work is generally performed in, both, a Casino setting with possible exposure to second-hand smoke and a high noise level, and a high paced office setting; occasionally may be required to interact with hostile and/or angry guests. Disclaimer
