Overview The Interior Designer is responsible for design development, material selection, and documentation throughout all phases of a project. This role plays a key part in guiding projects from conceptual design through construction administration, collaborating with multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver thoughtful, high‑quality design solutions. The Interior Designer will contribute to impactful, purpose‑driven projects within the community sector, enhancing public spaces that serve and inspire.

Responsibilities Transform creative solutions, concepts, and information into presentations

Collaborate and coordinate with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members

Create detailed drawings, renderings, and mood boards to communicate design ideas

Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, budget, and requirements

Document code review and compliance, reviewing shop drawings, project submittals, and more

Prepare project construction documents and specifications

Travel required

Qualifications

Bachelors of Interior Design or equivalent

Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas or eligible through reciprocity

6-10+ years of experience

Proficiency in Revit

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook required

Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign graphic software preferred

Knowledge of Bluebeam
