Social Media Senior Manager at Heartflow Heartflow is a medical technology company advancing the diagnosis and management of coronary artery disease using cutting‑edge AI‑driven non‑invasive cardiac tests. Our flagship product, the Heartflow FFRCT Analysis, provides a color‑coded 3‑D model of a patient’s coronary arteries indicating the impact of blockages on blood flow. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, results‑driven Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence and drive meaningful engagement across all platforms. This role is critical for amplifying our brand voice, engaging key opinion leaders (KOLs), and navigating the complexities of highly regulated B2B and direct‑to‑patient landscapes. You will be the key driver of our social strategy, execution, and performance.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy & Engagement:

Design, execute, and manage KOL & influencer programs; collaborate with Marketing, Product, Clinical, Regulatory, and Sales teams to align content; manage brand growth & interaction; lead employee advocacy initiatives.

Content & Operations:

Serve as primary contact for external agencies; own content calendar; ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines; stay current on social media tools and champion new technologies.

Analysis & Reporting:

Own KPIs, track SOV, engagement, CTR, follower growth, sentiment; produce regular performance reports with actionable insights for executives.

Educational Requirements & Work Experience

12+ years of progressive experience in social media marketing, preferably in a senior or lead role.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.

Proven experience working in highly regulated B2B environments (medical device, pharma, finance) where compliance is essential.

Direct experience in DTC/DTP social campaigns.

Strategic thinker with strong written and verbal communication.

Preferred Experience

Experience in lifesciences, MedTech, or healthcare.

Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, social listening tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Brandwatch).

Experience launching and managing social programs for new product launches.

Video and motion graphics experience a plus.

Base salary range: $180,000 – $220,000 per year, plus cash bonus and equity.
