Cove Architecture is seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Architect III who believes the best design happens when creativity meets capability. Lead design development and construction documentation across multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging AI as your collaborative partner. Create inspiring, functional spaces across a variety of typologies, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and adaptive reuse. Collaborate with Project Architects through all phasesfrom schematic design through construction administration. Project Collaboration Coordinate with clients, contractors, and permitting agencies to ensure smooth project delivery. Participate in design reviews, client presentations, and project meetings. Contribute to design direction and problem-solving within project teams. Develop project management skills under the mentorship of senior architects. Build a portfolio of award-worthy, published projects. Learn and apply emerging AI tools that are reshaping the architecture industry. 5+ years of professional experience in an architectural office ~ Professional degree in Architecture (B.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar design software. ~ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining design quality. ~ Enthusiasm for technology and optimism about AI as a creative design partner. ~ Experience with high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use, or hospitality projects. Published work or design awards (student or professional). Interest in sustainable design, adaptive reuse, or innovative building technologies. Experience mentoring or teaching within the design community.
