We’re looking for a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as a Design Coordinator. Responsibilities
Maximize sales growth and profitability through creative selling skills, teamwork, and customer service. Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising, and teamwork. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all products and stay current on product information. Stay informed of intranet communications, advertising, and marketing initiatives. Cover the sales floor per posted schedules and support the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade in maintaining standards. Keep store counters, displays, and overall maintenance in excellent condition. Actively engage customers, assist with product selections, process orders, returns, and provide exceptional service. Communicate customer feedback to store management regarding policies, product requests, and suggestions. Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels to maximize sales and profitability. What you’ll bring
Customer service or retail experience preferred. Strong reading, written, and verbal skills in English. We’d love to hear from you if
You can move and lift up to 50 pounds (heavy merchandise with team assist). You are available for full‑time flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends. You can work two or more weekend days (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) and at least one weekday or night for part‑time opportunities. Seniority level
