We are looking for a skilled User Experience (UX) Designer with ERP experience to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This long‑term contract position is ideal for a creative, detail‑oriented individual who is passionate about crafting intuitive designs for mobile and web applications. Responsibilities

Develop and refine user‑centered designs for mobile and web applications, ensuring usability and visual appeal.

Create and maintain comprehensive design systems to streamline consistency across projects.

Produce wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.

Utilize Figma to create nested components, auto layouts, and design libraries with expert‑level proficiency.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with project objectives.

Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and improve design effectiveness.

Work within Agile methodologies to deliver high‑quality designs in a fast‑paced environment.

Stay updated on design trends and technologies to continuously enhance the user experience.

Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and provide inclusive user experiences.

Requirements

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web projects.

Proven ability to create and maintain design systems that support scalable solutions.

At least 3 years of advanced experience working with Figma, including nested components and auto layouts.

Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and creating user flows that clearly convey design concepts.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in fast‑paced, collaborative environments.

Solid understanding of user research techniques and the ability to apply findings effectively.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Expertise in tools like Adobe XD and other relevant design software.
