Step into the role of Marketing Strategy Senior Associate on our Sports & Entertainment Marketing team, where your expertise will support property management and activation. You'll help deliver innovative marketing strategies that maximize brand impact and customer engagement across marquee sports and entertainment partnerships.

As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate in the Sports & Entertainment Marketing team, you will support the management and activation of key sports and entertainment properties. You'll play a vital role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and client engagement. You will have a passion for sports and entertainment, strong project management skills, attention to detail and experience in sponsorship marketing.

Job responsibilities

Support the management of sports and entertainment property partnerships

Develop and execute activation plans for marquee events and sponsorships

Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns

Track and report on activation performance and marketing ROI

Assist in the development of client engagement strategies

Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables

Liaise with external partners, agencies, and vendors

Identify opportunities to enhance property value and client experience

Prepare presentations and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders

Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sports and entertainment marketing

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

3+ years of experience in marketing, sponsorship, or event activation

Strong project management and organizational skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills

Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for event support

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Experience in sports and entertainment marketing or sponsorship

Familiarity with property management and activation best practices

Knowledge of marketing analytics and measurement tools

Experience working with agencies and external partners

Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative marketing solutions

Understanding of brand management principles
