Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing team. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the Personal Lines division. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, results-driven individual with a proven track record in sales and client service. You will work closely with the experienced team, including a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager, to provide exceptional service to the clients.
Compensation Package
Competitive base salary: $40,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications).
Commission structure: 40% on new business until vested.
Responsibilities
Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities in the Personal Lines market.
Manage the full sales cycle, including selling, collecting, binding, and servicing policies.
Handle renewals as needed, in collaboration with the assigned Personal Lines Account Manager.
Assist on accounts and follow up with underwriting as required.
Potentially work on small Commercial Lines accounts, depending on experience and performance.
Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent client service and satisfaction.
Qualifications / Requirements
Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; Life & Health (L&H) license is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 1.5-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Candidates with 3+ years of experience are preferred.
Experience with captive insurance is a plus, especially for candidates with more than 3 years of experience.
Familiarity with AMS360 software is a plus but not required.
Strong sales and client relationship management skills.
Self‑motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Must pass a drug test.
