The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives. This role involves conceptualizing and producing graphics for digital and print media, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring all creative assets meet quality standards and deadlines. The Graphic Designer plays a key role in enhancing brand presence and delivering engaging visual content that resonates with target audiences.

Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Roles & Responsibilities Design Creation:

Develop high-quality graphics for digital platforms, print materials, and promotional campaigns, ensuring creativity and functionality.

Adapt designs for different formats and channels while maintaining visual impact and clarity.

Brand Identity Management:

Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity through consistent application of brand guidelines across all creative outputs.

Work closely with marketing leadership to refine brand elements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Digital Media Design:

Create visually engaging assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements that drive user engagement.

Optimize graphics for various screen sizes, resolutions, platforms to ensure accessibility and responsiveness.

Print Media Design:

Design brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, and other print collateral that effectively communicate key messages.

Coordinate with print vendors to ensure accurate color reproduction, material quality, and timely delivery.

Concept Development:

Translate marketing objectives into creative concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives that resonate with target audiences.

Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize concepts.

Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that meet business goals.

Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas and creative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Asset Management:

Organize and maintain a structured library of design assets, templates, and brand resources for efficient reuse.

Implement version control and proper file naming conventions to ensure easy retrieval and consistency.

Trend Awareness:

Stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to keep creative output fresh and competitive.

Recommend new approaches and techniques to improve design quality and user experience.

Quality Assurance:

Review and proof all designs for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with brand standards before final delivery.

Conduct thorough checks on typography, color, and layout to ensure professional-grade output.

Time & Workflow Management:

Prioritize multiple projects effectively, balancing creativity with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Communicate progress, challenges, and potential delays to stakeholders proactively to maintain transparency.

Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Experience designing for both digital and print media.

Knowledge of responsive design and web standards.

Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
