As Principal Designer for Adobe GenStudio, youll help define how the worlds top brands harness the power of generative AI to tell their stories. Were building nextgeneration tools that help marketing teams create, activate, and optimize content at scalemaking every campaign more intelligent, efficient, and creatively inspired. What Youll Do
In this role, youll shape the next generation of creative and marketing experiences powered by generative AI across Adobe GenStudio and Firefly Enterprise. Were looking for someone who can define and elevate the design vision for products that transform how enterprises create, collaborate, and deliver content at scale. Youll combine storytelling, systems thinking, and user empathy to craft products that feel both innovative and unmistakably Adobe.
Youll guide cohesive design narratives and user journeys across GenStudios campaign orchestration and Fireflys enterprisegrade generative capabilities. Working closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams, youll make sure every experience feels intuitive, powerful, and connectedturning complex AI workflows into delightful, humancentered tools.
We love designers who think big and get handson. Youll prototype, explore, and iterate through concepts and motion studies, all while ensuring exceptional design integrity through launch. Youll also mentor and inspire other designers, helping shape the craft and culture of the team. Together, well reimagine how generative AI empowers marketing organizations to scale creativity, accelerate content production, and deliver personalized experiences that resonate.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- 15+ years of experience designing and shipping worldclass digital products.
- Proven ability to create and communicate a bold, unified design vision.
- A tinkerers mindsetcomfortable with prototyping, vibe coding, and experimentation.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication that encourages collaboration across functions and other product and design teams at Adobe.
- A drive to explore whats next in design, AI, and creative technology.
Preferred Accessibility Design Skills
- Experience designing accessible and inclusive interfaces for people with disabilities.
- Understanding of applying WCAG conformance criteria in design, specifically testing comps, wireframes, and prototypes for accessibility standards.
- Accessibility certifications CPACC, WAS, CPWA, or ADS from the IAAP preferred.

Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $173,400$317,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience.
