JOB TITLE Lead Attraction Photography (capture point)/ Crowd Control
LOCATION: Baltimore, Maryland
TYPE: Full-time
PAY: $17/hr plus commissions
LOCATION: National Aquarium
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Attraction Photographer/ Crowd Control to oversee and execute the photo capture experience at one of our high-traffic attractions. This individual will lead the capture process, engage large crowds with energy and professionalism, and ensure every guest receives a memorable photo experience that reflects our brands quality and excitement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the photo capture area, ensuring efficient flow and a fun, organized experience for guests.
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of guests in a fast-paced, high-volume attraction setting.
Direct and engage large crowds confidently, maintaining enthusiasm and order.
Train and support team members on best photography and guest engagement practices.
Ensure equipment is set up and functioning properly each day.
Maintain company standards for image quality, timing, and guest satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with the management team regarding daily operations, challenges, and successes.
Provide a welcoming and energetic presence smile, engage, and represent Showtime Pictures with professionalism.
Requirements
Proven experience as an attraction or event photographer (theme parks, tourist sites, or similar).
Strong communication and crowd management skills must be comfortable speaking loudly and clearly to groups.
Outgoing and personable, with excellent guest service and teamwork abilities.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in high-energy environments.
Technical understanding of photography equipment and lighting setups preferred.
Availability to work weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed.
Skills You Will Use and Develop
Photography and videography in dynamic, high-volume environments.
Leadership and crowd coordination.
Guest engagement and communication.
Operational understanding of fully integrated kiosk systems and photo capture technology.
Problem-solving and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
Pay:
$17/hr
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday, Weekends
Thursday-Monday is required!!
