What You’ll Do Employer Brand & Content Creation
Develop and maintain a consistent employer brand across all recruitment channels.
Create high-quality written, visual, and video content for job postings, career site pages, social media, and recruitment campaigns.
Manage the content calendar for recruiting channels and deliver timely, relevant posts.
Partner with Marketing, HR, Operations, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in messaging and brand voice.
Recruiting Campaigns & Digital Advertising
Build and manage targeted recruitment campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, Meta, Google, and niche job boards.
Optimize job postings and landing pages for SEO and performance.
Recommend and manage paid media strategies to grow candidate pipelines for priority roles.
Track ROI and provide insights to improve ad performance and spend efficiency.
Candidate Engagement & Funnel Optimization
Support email and SMS outreach strategies to improve response rates and nurture passive candidates.
Analyze and optimize the candidate journey—from first touch to application.
Develop and test creative outreach templates, employer brand messaging, and marketing materials for events and career fairs.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor campaign metrics, talent pipeline data, and competitive market trends.
Build dashboards and performance reports for recruiters and leadership.
Use A/B testing to refine messaging, creative assets, and channel mix.
Collaboration & Project Support
Partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
Collaborate with creative or design partners as needed.
Manage content approvals, project timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
Support talent-related events, webinars, career fairs, and campus recruiting with marketing assets and promotional content.
What You Bring Required
2–4+ years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, employer branding, or a related field.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Experience with digital advertising and analytics tools (e.g., LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
Ability to translate hiring needs into compelling marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Preferred
Experience supporting a high-volume recruiting team.
Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (Salesforce, Pinpoint, Gem, iCIMS, Greenhouse, etc.)
Knowledge of SEO best practices, social media algorithms, and performance optimization.
Graphic design or light video-editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Increased qualified applicant flow for critical roles.
Strong engagement and visibility across recruiting channels.
Collaborative partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers.
