Qualifications – Experience and Education
Possession of a valid California teaching credential with a Music authorization
Possession of an English Learner (EL) authorization

An up‑to‑date resume
Three (3) letters of recommendation (signed and dated within the last six (6) months; electronic document, e.g., Docusign, or handwritten scanned signatures; typed signatures not accepted)
Proof from the CTC website showing a valid California Single Subject Teaching Credential with a Music Authorization
Proof from the CTC website showing a valid California English Learner (EL) Authorization
Comments and Other Information As of January 1, 2025: In accordance with Education Code section 44939.5, you are required by law to provide a complete list of every school district, county office of education, charter school and/or state special school that you have previously been employed no matter the length of service. Please include any part‑time and/or substitution work in addition to any full‑time employment positions. Failure to disclose any school district, county office of education, charter school and/or state special school that you have previously been employed may be deemed dishonesty in the hiring process and/or dishonesty following termination. Salary and Terms The salary for the position is based on the certificated teacher's salary schedule ($66,984 to $132,726) for 184 days of service. Up to 14 years of previous experience within the last 15 years are given for placement on the salary schedule.
Benefits Fully paid Medical, Dental, Vision, and Basic Life Insurance, above and beyond the salary for the employee and eligible dependents.
