At Saucy! by KFC, we’re building more than craveable chicken — we’re building capability, confidence, and a culture of continuous learning. As the Associate Manager, Learning Design & Enablement, you’ll be the architect of how learning comes to life at Saucy! — transforming subject‑matter expertise from Operations, Food Innovation, and Technology into engaging, scalable, and impactful training experiences.
You’ll lead the design, build, and maintenance of learning programs and digital content — creating the systems, templates, and tools that enable consistency and speed across the organization. This role requires a blend of instructional design expertise, digital learning production capability, and cross‑functional collaboration. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with e‑learning development, content management systems, and learning analytics — ensuring every learning touchpoint supports performance, engagement, and growth.

Define project timelines, manage training budgets, and ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and aligned with Saucy!’s brand standards.
Partner with internal and external vendors when needed to execute high‑quality learning programs.
Design & Develop Learning Solutions (55‑60%)
Lead the end‑to‑end design and enablement of scalable learning systems and programs that translate expert‑driven content into engaging training experiences.
Build and maintain reusable templates, frameworks, and style guides that ensure consistency and speed across all learning materials.
Design framework and develop systems for full‑cycle learning programs: e‑learning, microlearning, and blended programs.
Curate and edit technical content from SMEs, transforming it into learner‑friendly, actionable materials content.
Maintain the digital learning infrastructure, ensuring accessibility, visual appeal, and alignment with Saucy!’s brand and tone.
Partner with Technology to ensure LMS integration and performance tracking functionality.
Manage updates to existing training assets, ensuring relevance and alignment with operational priorities.
Content Management & Communications (15‑20%)
Evolve and maintain the content ecosystem within the Learning Management System and Content Management System (CMS).
Ensure training materials are intuitive, visually engaging, and easy to access across digital platforms.
Coordinate rollout of new training modules and communications in partnership with Operations and HR.
Measure engagement and adoption, using data to refine and optimize learning delivery.
Partner with Communications to synchronize learning campaigns with broader brand messaging.
