Client Summary Headquarters Air Mobility Command Surgeon General (AMC/SG) at Scott Air Force Base oversees global mobility and en route medical care for the U.S. Air Force, supporting secure medical IT systems and electronic health records. The Medical IT Network & Desktop Support Services project provides full-spectrum IT support, including program governance, cybersecurity, asset management, system engineering, and service desk operations. Summary Manage and maintain telecommunications systems: cellular devices, VoSIP phones, ACD systems, and VTC; ensure reliable communications; troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Responsibilities
Administer VoIP/VoSIP; manage call routing & ACD
Support VTC scheduling, codecs, and room systems
Maintain device inventory and provisioning processes
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years in telecommunications systems support
Experience with SIP/VoIP, conferencing platforms
Experience with LTE/5G devices
