Let’s give businesses more time for what matters.
Make Your Impact Within a Rapidly Growing Fintech Company BILL.com’s Go‑To‑Market (GTM) Operations team is the connective tissue across Marketing, Product‑Led Growth (PLG), and Sales — building the infrastructure, processes, and programs that enable scalable, data‑driven growth. We're focused on creating frictionless user journeys, accelerating platform adoption, and delivering personalized experiences across the customer lifecycle.
We are currently investing in strengthening our core operational backbone to ensure our data is accurate, our systems are integrated, and our campaigns are executed with precision.
We are looking for a
Senior Marketing Operations Manager
to serve as the architect and guardian of our marketing technology stack and processes. This person will work closely with GTM leadership to ensure efficient lead management, robust data governance, and seamless integration between our marketing automation platforms and CRM.
This is a critical role that blends technical expertise, strategic process design, and data analysis — ensuring that our marketing engine runs efficiently and that we can accurately measure the impact of our GTM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
MarTech Stack Management: Oversee the administration, integration, and optimization of the marketing technology stack (e.g., Marketing Automation, CDP, Direct Mail, etc.) to ensure scalability and performance.
Lead Lifecycle Management: Own the end‑to‑end lead lifecycle, including scoring models, routing logic, and hand‑offs between Marketing and Sales (SDR/AE) to ensure no lead is left behind.
Data Integrity & Governance: Collaborate with Data Engineering and RevOps to maintain a clean, unified data ecosystem. Define and enforce data standards, enrichment processes, and compliance (GDPR/CCPA) rules.
Campaign Operations: Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for campaign execution, ensuring consistent tracking, tagging, and attribution across all channels.
Reporting & Analytics: Partner with the Analytics team to build and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, pipeline attribution, and ROI, providing actionable insights to marketing stakeholders.
Process Optimization: Proactively identify operational gaps, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in our GTM motion and design scalable solutions to address them.
Cross‑Functional Alignment: Act as a primary liaison between Marketing, Sales Operations, and Business Systems to align on roadmap priorities and technical requirements.
Required Experience
5–7 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar technical marketing role.
Deep proficiency with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, or Inflection.io) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
Strong understanding of B2B marketing funnels, lead scoring models, and attribution methodologies.
Experience managing data workflows, including list segmentation, data enrichment, and database hygiene.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and process diagrams.
Experience working with CDPs (Segment, etc.) and data activation workflows is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in major Marketing Automation Platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert).
Experience in a high‑growth SaaS or Fintech environment.
Proficiency with BI/Analytics tools (Looker, Tableau) and SQL basics.
Familiarity with PLG motions and how they intersect with traditional inbound/outbound sales motions.
