Design Administrative Assistant National Fire Suppression is looking to add an Administrative Assistant to its team to work 40 hours per week. The Admin will report to the Design Manager and support the Design Department with multiple projects, reports, as well as with day-to-day activities. Also, will assist the sales staff as needed with tasks associated with procuring projects for the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Track Project Progress with Excel Document
Perform Simple Design Tasks as assigned (Training provided)
Organize and maintain drawing Archive Project
Assist the Design Department where needed
Assist the Sales Department where needed
Job Qualifications
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Ability to Learn AutoCAD related programs
Possess sound communication skills; both verbal and written
Ability to coordinate and work well with others
Must be able to pass a post-offer drug test and background check
