Marketing Associate

Location: New York or San Francisco (Remote)

Reports to: Director of Marketing

The Role

Were looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Marketing Associate to join our team. This role will support Coras marketing initiatives across influencer, events, social, retail, press, and partnerships. You will play a key role in bringing campaigns to lifefrom coordinating shipments and researching partners to tracking content in real time at activations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, loves creative problemsolving, and wants to grow within a fast-moving, values-driven brand.

Founded in 2016, the company began with an organic cotton tampon and has grown to become a leading brand in clean period care, offering tampons, pads, liners, and reusable options such as cups and discs. We also provide period products and bodyliteracy resources to people who might otherwise go without. Because every body deserves comfort.

Responsibilities

Influencer & Seeding

  • Manage monthly product seeding and maintain/expand Coras influencer rolodex.
  • Coordinate influencer gifting, shipments, and followups.

Campaign & Event Support

  • Track content during influencer activations and brand events.
  • Create recap reports that highlight performance, key learnings, and recommendations.
  • Provide onsite support at events, activations, and photoshoots.

Partnerships & Outreach

  • Research potential partners (e.g., local businesses, brands) for events, gifting, and collaborations.
  • Conduct outreach to partner brands to secure gifting or comarketing opportunities.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

  • Liaise with vendors for production, gifting, and event needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of press and influencer shipments.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Work closely with the social media team to support influencer content, campaign amplification, and community engagement.
  • Partner with the creative team on asset needs for events, retail, and influencer campaigns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Retail Marketing Support

  • Assist with retail marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, instore activations, and shopper marketing programs.
  • Track and recap performance of retail marketing activities and provide insights to the broader team.
  • Support retailerspecific content creation and influencer amplification to drive awareness in key accounts.

General Marketing Coordination

  • Own calendars, trackers (KPI/results tracking), and project timelines to keep initiatives running smoothly.
  • Support daytoday marketing team operations and crossfunctional communication.

Qualifications

  • 23 years of experience in marketing, influencer management, PR, or a related role (internships included), with familiarity across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Social media fluent and deeply familiar with platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with an understanding of creator and cultural trends.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
  • Selfstarter with a collaborative spirit and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
  • Passion for womens health and Coras mission.
