Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to own all aspects of marketing brand, community engagement, growth marketing, and demand generation. You will craft Novitas narrative, drive awareness in the developer and enterprise ecosystem, and convert that attention into adoption and revenue. This is a highimpact, highownership role where you will set strategy, run campaigns, and lay the foundation for a worldclass marketing organization.
What Youll Do
Brand & Narrative
Define Novitas brand identity, messaging, and positioning across AI infrastructure products.
Own our website, social channels, and public presence to ensure a consistent, compelling story.
Growth & Demand Generation
Drive and execute multichannel campaigns (SEO/SEM, paid social/search, affiliates, lifecycle email, retargeting) to drive qualified leads and product usage.
Run growth experiments to optimize acquisition, activation, and conversion across selfserve and enterprise funnels.
Partner with Growth and Sales to design programs that improve CAC/LTV efficiency and accelerate pipeline.
Community & Content
Develop a content engine (blogs, case studies, benchmarks, videos) to educate and inspire developers, researchers, and AI builders.
Launch and manage community initiativeshackathons, ambassador programs, opensource partnerships, meetups, and conferences.
Create thought leadership opportunities for founders and technical leaders through speaking engagements, podcasts, and earned media.
GTM & Product Marketing
Lead marketing strategy for product launches and integrations, including messaging, collateral, and comarketing with partners.
Collaborate with Product and Sales on competitive positioning, pricing tests, and sales enablement materials.
Team & Operations
Stand up a lean marketing stack (analytics, automation, CRM) and manage agencies or contractors as needed.
Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on campaign performance, channel ROI, and overall marketing impact.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B or developerfocused marketing, ideally at a highgrowth startup or AI/infra company.
Proven ability to own strategy and execution across brand, growth, content, and community.
Datadriven mindset with strong analytical skills; comfortable setting up experiments and measuring funnel performance.
Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced startup environment with high autonomy and direct feedback.
Bonus
Experience marketing developer tools, AI infrastructure, or opensource ecosystems.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow/Framer, GA/Looker/Metabase, and paid ad platforms.
