Position Overview

Were seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive retail and 360 marketing strategy that ensures EADEM's products not only reach but resonate with customers. You'll balance strategy and creative, customercentric marketing, building systems and teams that drive sustainable growth.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment and can toggle between highlevel strategy and handson execution. Youll manage external partners while remaining handson. This isnt a deckonly roleyou will have to think strategically but also execute with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with leadership to execute an integrated growth strategy across brand, customer segments, channels, and customer experience.
  • Oversee agency partnerships (PR, digital, paid media) and evaluate performance.
  • Cocreate product innovation and launch strategies in partnership with founders and product development.
  • Contribute to content strategy across photo/video, social, and web to drive brand awareness.
  • Partner with creative and ecomm to ensure cohesive storytelling across digital, retail, and campaigns.

Retail & Sales Strategy

  • Support the development of the account management and retail strategy, including assortment, merchandising, and placement negotiations.
  • Develop and optimize 360 marketing plans (events, activations, digital, coop).
  • Monitor retail performance and make strategic recommendations based on data.

Budget Management

  • Manage and track marketing budgets, balancing investment with topline opportunity and sustainable profitability.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and forecasts, track performance, and reconcile spend.
  • Deliver against retail sales targets while proactively flagging risks/opportunities.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Act as the main partner to retailers across merchandising, marketing, and operations.
  • Work crossfunctionally with finance, operations, product development, creative, and ecomm to deliver seamless launches and campaigns.
  • Mentor and collaborate with junior members of the marketing team.

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years of experience in retail marketing, account management, and/or sales/education.
  • Specialty beauty retailer and prestige skincare experience required.
  • Strong existing relationships within Sephora/Ulta.
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns and projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience in fastpaced, founderled, highgrowth environments.
  • Willingness to travel.
