Introduction

- Fastino has raised $25M (as featured in TechCrunch) through our seed round and is backed by leading investors including Microsoft, Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners, Github CEO Thomas Dohmke, Docker CEO Scott Johnston, and others.
- The Head of Marketing will own the entire marketing engine from day one: owning strategy and execution across product, demand, brand, and growth channels, working closely with the founders to define and scale our marketing initiatives.
What Youll Own
- Product Launches: Drive endtoend product and feature launchesbranding, positioning, messaging, as well as gotomarket strategy and channel execution.
- TopofFunnel Growth: Launch and scale user acquisition campaigns across all channelsorganic content, SEO/GEO, paid, partnershipsfocused on driving selfserve acquisition.
- PLG & Virality Growth Experiments: Run experiments that unlock new user growth, activation, and retention.
- Social & Brand Presence: Own and evolve our public voice across LinkedIn, X, podcasts, and emerging platformscrafting compelling content and customer stories that build affinity and attention.
- Lead Nurture & Conversion: Architect and optimize fullfunnel nurture programs using email, retargeting, product triggers, accountbased campaigns, and CRM workflows.
- Analytics & Optimization: Define funnel metrics, instrument key stages of user flow, run A/B tests, and make decisions based on performance data.
- Growth Stack & Tools: Identify and own the tooling (CRM, marketing ops, lifecycle platforms) that supports automation, attribution, and scale.
- Budget & Leadership: Own marketing budget, resource allocation, and future headcount planning to maximize growth.
What Were Looking For
- 57 years in growth, performance, or product marketing roles at scalable tech or AI startups. Experience with productled growth (PLG) or SaaS launches is strongly preferred.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
- A selfstarter who can build from zero.
- Storytelling & Communication: Ability to craft crisp, resonant narratives and content for the AI/ML space.
- Taste: Fastinos brand must stand out as highend and differentiated in a noisy market. Looking for someone with proven taste who can discern quality and ensure that every launch, asset, and message feels as intentional and premium as the product itself.
