The Opportunity

Were seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and evolve the gotomarket strategy for Everfits core B2B coaching platform. Youll be the strategic voice bridging Product, customers, and marketdefining how we position, launch, and scale our platform to help millions of coaches build their businesses. Youll lead, not just supportowning positioning, narrative, and the full customer journey from awareness to advocacy.

Responsibilities:

GotoMarket & Launches

  • Own endtoend GTM execution for major feature releases, product innovations, and platform expansions
  • Design and scale launch frameworks that drive adoption, engagement, and retention across our global coach base
  • Build integrated campaigns across email, inapp, web, video, webinars, and community channels
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment across Product, Growth, Customer Success, Sales, and Design

Growth & Adoption

  • Optimize the customer journey from onboarding through advocacy, reducing friction and accelerating timetovalue
  • Establish measurement frameworks to track product marketing impact on activation, retention, expansion, and NPS
  • Develop highimpact content, including case studies, onepagers, demo videos, webinar series, and executivelevel presentations
  • Partner with Content and Social to amplify product stories and build community engagement

What were looking for:

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience in highgrowth B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform companies
  • Proven track record for GTM strategy, demandgen, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies for B2B software startups
  • Background in productled growth (PLG) or selfserve SaaS gotomarket
  • Exceptional communication skills and a datadriven storyteller who balances qualitative insights with quantitative rigor
  • Quick to master new technology and have the empathy to see products through the users eyes and convey the strongest value propositions.
  • Experience building programs from 01 in fastpaced startup environment
  • Experience in the creator economy or twosided marketplace business models.
  • Experience with communityled growth or building product communities.
  • Experience working at a company through a hypergrowth phase (Series B to IPO or equivalent scale).
  • Understanding of fitness tech: Background in fitness, lifestyle, or technologydriven brands such as Tonal, Peloton, or Les Mills.
  • Familiarity with health, wellness, fitness, or coaching industries
