Job Brief

Join AirOps as our Head of Growth Marketing and take charge of scaling the channels that power our next phase of growth. Your north star: increase qualified opportunities generated via scalable channels.

In this role, youll own strategy and execution across performance channels, while expanding into emerging plays beyond traditional ABM into paid influencer, community distribution, and other scalable growth plays. Youll also have room for big swingsnew growth initiatives and productized plays that can move the needle with our target audience.

Youll work directly with our top tier advisors like the former CMO Ramp, Head of Paid Media at Hubspot, and many more GTM experts.

Youll drive campaigns that convert, experiment rapidly to unlock new opportunities, and build the attribution foundation that helps us double down on what works. Close collaboration with sales, growth, and product marketing will help you refine the strategy behind where and how we grow next.

This is a handson role for a growthminded operator whos fluent in the language of data, creative testing, and GTM alignmentand who thrives in a highgrowth, fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Channel Ownership & Execution: Own and scale Google Ads and emerging paid acquisition channels (influencer, podcast, and community distribution). This is your portfolio to manage and resource. Build and optimize repeatable systems that efficiently generate new qualified opportunities.

  • Campaign Management: Design and manage endtoend growth campaignsfrom audience segmentation and creative testing to landing page optimization, reporting, and budget pacing.

  • Big Swings : Identify, design, and execute highimpact growth bets that combine productized plays with strong distribution to hit our audience with precision.

  • Funnel Optimization & Strategy Alignment: Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and direct investment toward the highestleverage channels.

  • AIFirst Approach : Build the new playbook for modern growth marketing. Develop AInative systems, tools, and processes that reflect what bestinclass will look like in 2030, not 2020.

  • Attribution & Analytics : Own reporting and attribution across all growth channels. Use tools like Looker, HubSpot, or HockeyStack to connect activity to pipeline and revenue.

  • Experimentation & Optimization : Lead a constant testandlearn cadence across messaging, offers, creative, and channels. Bring a growth mindset to every campaign.

  • ABM Support : Partner with sales and field marketing to integrate growth levers into multichannel ABM campaigns that drive highquality opportunities.

  • Collaboration & Alignment : Build and mentor a small but highimpact Growth Marketing team. Work crossfunctionally with Sales, Product Growth, and RevOps leaders to align on campaign priorities, share learnings, and inform strategy.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing rolesideally in B2B SaaS or a highgrowth environment

  • Handson expertise managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads

  • Youve deployed multiple AI automations to production to improve quality, save time and/or reduce cost.

  • Proven track record running experiments and driving measurable impact across digital channels

  • Experience with attribution and analytics tools like Looker, HubSpot, or HockeyStack

  • Strong analytical mindset and comfort with data storytelling to crossfunctional stakeholders

  • Familiarity with accountbased marketing and integrating growth tactics into broader campaigns

  • Excellent project management and collaboration skills

  • Resourceful, scrappy, and excited to build and scale new systems in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
