You will be responsible for the performance and execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Reddit. The ideal candidate will be strategic, proactive, and possess a deep understanding of paid media and ad tech ecosystems. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Oversee and implement Peloton's Global Paid Social strategy, including seasonal campaigns and key initiatives. Develop and execute innovative paid social strategies aligned with marketing goals. Create accurate forecasts and advise on budget allocation. Optimize paid social budgets to improve ROI. Monitor campaign performance, identify improvements, and implement optimizations. Prepare weekly reports and maintain dashboards for KPI tracking. Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing plans. Collaborate with Creative teams and external agencies to develop compelling ads. Build strong relationships with social vendors and agency partners. YOU BRING TO PELOTON 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social media across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. Experience managing acquisition, retail, or e-commerce campaigns with measurable results. Strong collaboration skills working with Marketing, Creative, and Analytics teams. Practical knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing methodologies. Excellent analytical skills and data interpretation abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently. Proficiency in media-specific spreadsheet functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas). Understanding of media pacing, flighting, and budget management. Familiarity with Google Workspace tools is a plus. The salary range for this role is $106,300 - $125,750 USD, based in NYC.
