Shopbop is seeking a Site Marketing Associate to join the Site Marketing team. This role will support site forecasting, performance reporting, A/B testing, and assist in executing segmentation strategies across Shopbop's digital experience. As Shopbop continues to evolve its digital landscape, this individual will help drive data‑informed decisions and improve reporting workflows for our homepage and site experience. The right candidate will be analytically minded, detail‑oriented, and able to translate data into clear insights. This role will work closely with CRM, Web Content Development, Tech, Planning, and Buying teams to support personalized experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities and an interest in using data to enhance customer experience.

Key job responsibilities

Execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting for the Site Marketing channel

Support the site forecasting process and provide inputs to inform content planning

Implement A/B tests and analyze results to support personalization initiatives

Help develop customer segmentation analyses to inform targeted experiences

Maintain performance dashboards tracking key KPIs including CVR, RPC, CTR

Analyze data to provide recommendations for homepage updates and optimization

Support cross‑functional partners in measuring new personalization features

Basic Qualifications

3-4 years of experience in eCommerce analytics, digital marketing strategy, or site optimization

Bachelor's degree in a related field

Strong proficiency in Tableau, Adobe Analytics (or similar tools)

Experience with A/B testing platforms

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills

Clear communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional partners

Experience supporting performance reporting or forecasting functions

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in online retail, preferably fashion or lifestyle

Understanding of basic personalization concepts and customer segmentation

Interest in customer experience and ecommerce optimization

Experience supporting program execution and results analysis

Familiarity with e‑commerce best practices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on the number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
