That’s why hiring thoughtful and inspiring Team Members and Leaders who understand that our people, collaboration, stellar service, and respect for nature are so important to us.We are seeking a dynamic and strategic **Assistant Director of Marketing** to support the launch and ongoing success of residential projects under the 1 Homes and Baccarat Residences brands**.** This role will be an integral part of the Brand Marketing team, acting as a key liaison between marketing, development, and residential ownership groups.The ideal candidate brings a hybrid background in**luxury brand and residential marketing,** with experience in **creative development, digital and social media, experiential programming,**and**sales enablement.** They will serve as a **brand guardian**, ensuring a cohesive and compelling expression of each brand’s identity across all residential initiatives—from **early-stage pitch support to full-scale campaign execution.**This role offers a unique opportunity to **position each residential project as a standalone destination** while maintaining deep integration within the overarching hotel brand narrative. The Assistant Director of Marketing will collaborate cross-functionally and globally, supporting both development and marketing functions, working closely with agency partners and developer project teams to bring each vision to life.**Key Responsibilities****Develop & Execute Marketing Plans*** Review and comment on developer marketing plans to ensure consistency with brand and generate the most impact on sales strategy.* Partner with the development team to create **pitch decks, sales tools, and marketing resources** that support business growth.* Build and maintain comprehensive **residential marketing toolkits** to ensure consistent brand execution and storytelling.* Review developer integrated marketing campaigns across **paid media, social, digital, and print channels.*** Develop unique, brand-aligned experiences including**launch events, collaborations, and showroom activations.*** Act as the point of contact for developers, coordinating deliverables with various internal teams including design and operations.**Content Creation*** Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop **engaging content** for digital platforms, print materials, and owned channels.* Ensure all content reflects the **distinctive voice, visuals, and values** of each brand.**Data & Analytics*** Work alongside developer marketing teams to analyze performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and **optimize campaigns**accordingly.* Help track key KPIs across marketing touchpoints and generate actionable insights for ongoing refinement.**Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration*** Serve as the connective tissue between **brand marketing, development, creative, and communications**teams.* Liaise with ownership and sales teams to align efforts and elevate the overall residential marketing experience.* Collaborate with **international development teams and global stakeholders** to ensure regional nuance while maintaining brand consistency.* Oversee **external agencies, consultants, and project contributors,** providing creative direction, feedback, and strategic alignment.**What Makes You a Great Fit*** Based in **Miami, FL,** with the ability to work on-site at our home office.* **4+ years of experience** in luxury brand, hospitality, or residential marketing; experience in branded residences and luxury hospitality is a plus.* Proven ability to **craft compelling brand narratives**, write engaging copy, and oversee high-quality creative execution.* Demonstrated experience working with **international teams or markets** across time zones and cultures.* Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize**and multitask** in a fast-paced environment.* Experience leading **agencies, vendors, or cross-functional project teams** from ideation to execution.* A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial spirit with a **strategic mindset.*** A passion for **sustainability, design, innovation,** and the future of luxury living.As a mission-driven company, our purpose is our true north, and our compass guides the way.
