In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to develop and refine educational content across our engineering and architecture programs, utilizing our proprietary large language model. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge educational technology while ensuring the accuracy and relevance of our materials for students preparing for critical examinations.****This is a part-time position with flexible hours (up to 20 per week), offering competitive part-time benefits.******Responsibilities******The responsibilities of the AI Content Developer may include:*** **Developing, reviewing, and updating educational content, including quiz questions, practice exam questions, and study materials, to align with current exam specifications and industry standards.*** **Utilizing Kaplan's proprietary large language model to generate, refine, and optimize content for clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical effectiveness.*** **Collaborating with content development teams to ensure consistency and coherence across all materials.*** **Performing quality assurance and technical reviews of AI-generated and SME-reviewed content.*** **Providing feedback and insights to improve the performance and utility of the large language model for content creation.*** **Potentially contributing to the development of study plans and offering insights into student learning needs and expectations.******Skill Requirements******The ideal candidate will:*** **Possess excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.*** **Be a certified professional in an engineering or architecture discipline relevant to Kaplan's content offerings (e.g., Professional Engineer (PE), Registered Architect (RA), etc.).*** **Have strong familiarity with the content covered in professional licensure exams within their field.*** **Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective time management, especially in meeting deadlines.*** **Provide prompt and responsive communication, primarily via email, with occasional video meetings during business hours.*** **Be highly motivated and proactive in identifying opportunities for content enhancement and development.*** **Be receptive to feedback, committed to meeting deadlines, and accountable for deliverables.******Preferred Skills***** **Experience in developing or reviewing educational content, particularly for professional certification exams.*** **Prior experience with curriculum development, technical writing, or instructional design.*** **Familiarity with large language models or AI-driven content generation tools.*** **Experience tutoring, mentoring, or educating students or colleagues in an engineering or architecture discipline.*** **Experience creating multiple-choice questions, study guides, presentations, or other educational materials.******Hours & Employment***** **This is a part-time position with flexible hours, up to 20 hours per week.
