We employ more than 1,900 people across our headquarters in Santa Ana and offices in Jersey City, Tokyo, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Toronto, Guadalajara, Dallas, and Paris.You’ll report to the *Learning Manager* and work onsite from our **Santa Ana, California** office with *occasional travel (1-2 times per year)*.**What You’ll Do:*** Translate English training materials and supplemental documents into German and maintain accuracy across versions.* Partner with Technical Writers and Operations teams to document processes and create engaging training materials.* Assist in researching and implementing new training tools and resources to enhance employee learning.* Maintain and update the German Training Resource Site with current content and improvements.* Identify gaps in training materials and recommend solutions to improve safety, productivity, and clarity.* Collaborate on future training needs and help develop curriculum with the Training Manager and Technical Writers.* Suggest creative approaches to presenting information for better comprehension and retention.**Who You Are:*** **Language Skills:** Fluent in German; experience translating English to German required.* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree preferred.* **Experience:**1–2 years of technical writing experience preferred.* **Skills:**

+ Strong writing and editing skills with excellent English grammar.

+ Attention to detail and ability to organize content within digital systems.

+ Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sites).

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to listen and resolve conflicts effectively.* Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in-classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.).* Ability to change priorities to meet deadlines, plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.* Innovative and creative; finds elegant solutions for complex problems.* Willingness to learn, teach and improve.* Experience with graphic design or infographics is a plus.* Experience with HTML or any coding language is a plus.**Physical Requirements:*** Computer Use: Typing, mouse work, and sitting and looking at a computer potentially for long periods of time.* Hand Use: Regular hand use for various tasks.* Hearing Requirements: Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.* Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 25 pounds.* Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.**Hourly Rate:***The reasonable estimated hourly rate for this position is $28.
