We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Associate Designer
to support the end-to-end design process for our
Men’s apparel collections . This is a full-time, onsite position for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys balancing creativity with precision and technical accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Create and update tech packs through development and production, ensuring clear and accurate specifications
Develop and maintain Illustrator CADs, line sheets, and wash pages for internal and factory use
Communicate daily with factories to maintain timelines and ensure on-time sample delivery
Organize and manage fabrics, trims, and sample libraries
Release tech packs via PLM and email, and prepare for production handoff
Check-in, organize, and track incoming samples; maintain detailed development records
Research, develop, and source trims as needed
Track development progress, update sample status reports, and communicate updates to the team
Collaborate closely with Technical Design and Production teams to ensure product accuracy and readiness
Support trend research, concept development, and garment spec creation as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
5–7 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in menswear (denim experience a plus)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PLM systems (Yunique PLM preferred)
Excellent understanding of garment construction, fit, and production processes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills
