Partner Marketer Opportunity

Work you'll do / Responsibilities :
Lead and contribute to client engagement workstreams, focusing on process improvement, operational optimization, and transformation.
Build and nurture partnerships by maintaining clear communication, supporting joint strategy, and managing project delivery for maximum impact.
Design and execute integrated partner marketing campaigns, including co-branded materials, digital content, and high-visibility events.
Analyze campaign performance and market trends, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
Collaborate with Engagement Managers, project team members, and representatives from various functional and technical teams.
Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes.

Qualifications Required :
8+ years of experience in tech B2B Partner Marketing.
6+ years of experience in content creation.
8+ years of experience in event coordination.
6+ years of experience in data analysis.
8+ years of experience in relationship management.
6+ years of experience conducting market research.
8+ years of experience in partner marketing strategy and development.
6+ years of stakeholder management.
6+ years of experience in sales enablement.
8+ years of experience in campaign delivery.
4+ years of experience maximizing ROI through effective marketing strategies.
4+ years of experience with marketing tools.
Functional understanding of cloud technology and generative AI solutions.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred :
Analytical ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to operate independently.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Ability to deliver technical demonstrations.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000-$155,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
