RESPONSIBILITIES Lead a team to develop robust strategic launch plans and business development plans for Tissuetechnologies across EMEA. The role includes the development of financial, promotional, educational, and programmatic activities in EMEA to ensure revenue growth and optimize the growth potential of existing and new product launches.

Strategic Marketing

Design regional strategic marketing launch plans along with regional sales, align the plans with regional objectives and coordinate launch execution.

Aggregate regional market insights, analyze market analysis and intelligence to craft marketing strategy and content.

Develop and maintain strong insights from outcomes of market research.

Build a strategy to develop HEOR and market access in conjunction with market access teams.

Prioritize opportunities into regional plans and sustain current and future campaign activity.

Team leadership

Drive a culture of continuous improvement with formal and informal continuing education.

Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to fellow non-direct reporting Product Managers and Marketing managers on portfolio planning, market segmentation, product positioning, and launch execution.

Commercial Execution

Develop marketing tactics and related collateral for our sales force and support local marketing and sales management across the organization.

Develop the approach to support the sales force and ensure that the go‑to‑market activities are aligned with commercial drives.

Opportunity to influence the pricing and incentive model and the performance measurement.

Design digital marketing campaigns to support local and global initiatives.

NP cycle management

Supervising the clinical and regulatory teams for NP launch and discount governance.

Supporting local team to align sales objective and manage multi‑regional strategy.

Building the transaction structure for the launch own KPIs.

Financial risk and mitigation planning and delivery.

Identify, develop and execute the plan for customer scale up.

Cross functional support

Collaborate with sales training on marketing strategy.

Collaborate with product marketing on marketing strategy and KOL management.

Identify markets for regulatory prioritization based on opportunity and regulatory requirements.

Maintain relationships with the quality team for continuous improvement and field actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

Active as demonstrated that they have built programs around technology cross‑overs and delivered new markets or implemented new products.

Relevant education background (MBA, Marketing, Economics, Engineering).

Fluent in English, both spoken and written, excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage multiple stakeholders across functional areas.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in the medical device or biotech industry, proven experience in a similar role with a strong record of success.

International business and product strategy experience.

Strong data analytics, quantitative analysis and project management skills.

Proven experience in commercialization or go‑to‑market planning and implementation.

Excellent adaptive leadership, presentation, negotiation, communication and influence skills.
