Write, edit, and manage architectural specifications for architecture projects, aligning them with design intent and project requirements. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure consistency across drawings and specs. Conduct quality control reviews of project manuals and construction documentation for clarity and accuracy. Research emerging materials, assemblies, and sustainable building practices for integration into future projects. A degree in Architecture or a related field. ~3+ years of relevant experience in writing or managing architectural specifications. ~ Working knowledge of building systems, materials, and codes. ~ Proficiency in MasterSpec, SpecLink, or similar platforms. ~ Ability to combine precision with collaboration, balancing deadlines, quality, and team coordination. ~ Flexible work location and schedule.
