Most filming will take place alongside the client’s in‑house studio team at their Poway, CA production facility, with occasional location shoots throughout Southern California. ADDITIONAL POINTS TO CONSIDER

We recognize and appreciate the value and contributions of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences, and welcome all qualified individuals to apply.

An offline edit is created to establish story flow, pacing, and music tone.

A review meeting is held with the client to approve the rough cut before final finishing.

Once approved, editors proceed with online editing, color correction, motion graphics, and audio mixing.

Final renders are reviewed internally for quality control (QC) before client presentation.

Client reviews are held via MS Teams, and notes are integrated into a revised cut until final approval.

Final deliverables are exported in broadcast or web‑ready formats (e.g., ProRes, H.264, or HEVC) and securely delivered via GA’s preferred file‑sharing system or encrypted transfer.

Our editors begin ingesting and cutting footage the same day it’s shot, significantly reducing turnaround time.

We maintain constant client visibility through rough‑cut reviews and daily updates—ensuring accuracy, minimizing delays, and preserving creative flexibility.
