Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in
Juno Beach, FL
Experience in UX/UI design and research of digital products, including software or enterprise software (5+ years)
Experience in working with data science teams to design user interfaces for AI‑centric products.
Experience with Scaled Agile work methodologies, JIRA
Experience with Figma for design and prototyping responsive and interactive prototypes for user validation and development handoff.
Experience with facilitating and engaging in end‑user feedback session and design testing.
Experience in documenting and communicating research findings
Experience delivering pixel‑perfect responsive UI designs in compliance with ADA level AA and HFI best practices.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree.
Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to uncover needs and behaviors.
Design intuitive, user‑centric interfaces and responsive UI aligned with NEE EDS and Material guidelines.
Collaborate with UX Lead and data science teams to create UI designs for AI‑driven projects.
Lead workshops and design discussions, delivering innovative solutions that balance user and business goals.
Capture and refine requirements, challenging the status quo to ensure creative, viable outcomes.
Apply Scaled Agile methodologies with JIRA for efficient project delivery.
Use Figma for prototyping, process maps, flows, and visual design assets across low‑fi and hi‑fi stages.
