The Marketing Manager plays a key role in communicating this mission through every touchpoint of the client experience. The Marketing Manager reports to the VP of Marketing, and plays a key tactical role in executing Counterpoint’s marketing initiatives across digital, print, and event channels. This position is responsible for maintaining and improving the firm’s marketing infrastructure — including the website, email campaigns, collateral, and reporting — while ensuring compliance with brand and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical ability with strong project management and creative execution skills to help elevate Counterpoint’s visibility and sales effectiveness. Primary Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Automation

Manage the day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, A/B testing, and automated buyer-journey workflows. Create and maintain email templates and automated buyer-journey workflows within marketing automation systems. Oversee website updates, enhancements, and new content postings to ensure the site remains current, user-friendly, and optimized for SEO and lead conversion. Publish and maintain regular updates across the Counterpoint website, blog, and social media channels (LinkedIn etc.) aligned with marketing objectives and content calendar. Monitor digital analytics and campaign Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) providing actionable insights and monthly performance reports to marketing and sales leadership. Coordinate updates to fund fact sheets, pitchbooks, commentaries, and other marketing collateral in partnership with Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams. Manage review and approval workflows for all materials, ensuring FINRA/SEC compliance and timely distribution. Support sales enablement efforts by creating and maintaining custom materials, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) email templates, advisor presentations, and campaign resources for internal and external wholesalers. Maintain centralized access to current marketing and sales materials across CRM and shared drives. Run competitive Morningstar analysis reports in support of the sales team. Events & Webinars

Provide end-to-end support for marketing events and webinars, including registration setup, email promotion, attendee tracking, and follow-up communications. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution and consistent post-event marketing integration. Assist with event logistics, booth materials, and promotional merchandise for conferences and trade events. Brand, SEO & Promotional Initiatives

Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and deliverables, adhering to Counterpoint’s style and compliance standards. Identify opportunities to enhance the firm’s SEO performance, including keyword optimization and content strategy improvements. Research, source, and manage the production of branded gifts and promotional items for client events and campaigns. Produce monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports summarizing campaign analytics, engagement trends, and ROI metrics. Implement process improvements and marketing automation enhancements to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to align marketing output with strategic goals. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital or integrated marketing. Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or SuiteCRM preferred.) Familiarity with website CMS management (WordPress or equivalent) and SEO best practices. Experienced in Adobe InDesign/Illustrator and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
