The work: Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategy and campaigns for corporate marketing initiatives Concept, create, and curate engaging content (text, images, videos, templates, etc.) that meets performance goals across multiple social media platform Maintain a content calendar and leverage scheduling platforms to plan, schedule and post content across platforms, ensuring regular, timely, and strategic social activity Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and thoughtful manner to foster community engagement and safeguard the brand’s reputation Ensure campaigns and strategies meet company and project goals through planning and by monitoring, evaluating and reporting on performance analytics and working with cross-functional teams. Proactively provide recommendations to enhance content performance. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, project briefs, and platform-specific policies, adapting content for different audiences while maintaining overall cohesion Effectively use technology and stay on top of social media trends, platform updates and emerging technologies, including for content creation, video editing, performance analysis, artificial intelligence, etc. Develop and facilitate relevant training and education programs for advisors, coworkers and partners, as needed. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience creating, managing, and reporting social media brand management Experience with content production, social media and collaboration tools and platforms, like Canva, Capcut and/or Final Cut Pro, Meta Business Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Asana, and AI tools such as ChatGPT. Asset: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or related diploma, certification, or comparable professional experience Job Category:
