This role is perfect for someone who can navigate complex pipelines, ensure technical excellence, and support high-quality cinematic content. You will play a key part in shaping the final look and feel of in-game cinematics while maintaining smooth and efficient production workflows. Superpowers you have are You enjoy being the bridge between technology and creativity; You’re organized, proactive, and driven to make things work — and work well; Experience with real-time game engine workflows (Unreal, Frostbite, Unity, or similar), including understanding their technical limitations; Familiarity with DCC tools such as Maya and MotionBuilder with a strong focus on solving asset pipeline issues; Experience with version control systems such as Perforce, Git, or ShotGrid. You’re a rockstar if you have Experience working in AAA game or cinematic production pipelines; Familiarity with mocap pipelines and animation import/export workflows; Basic scripting or coding knowledge (Python, MEL, Blueprints, etc.); Passion for spotting and solving problems before they even become problems; Experience with Metahuman. As a part of Room 8 studio, you will Assemble, organize, and maintain Game Engine and DCC animation scenes; Import, update, and manage mocap, performance capture, animation data; Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the entire cinematic pipeline; Ensure all scene and asset data meet project-specific requirements and hardware performance standards.; Understand DCC and real-time production pipelines, and effectively manage a wide range of asset types; Evaluate technical and creative workflows and propose improvements to tools and processes; Create clear technical documentation and user guides for content production workflows; Contribute to cinematic content creation, supporting the final creative vision set by the Art/Creative Directors; Identify and communicate issues within animation content and resolve them according to guidance.
